The item overjoyed my grandchildren and gave them endless pleasure.
But it sprang a leak! However, the manufacturer was top notch in making
good. I think these things have to take a heavy beating. It’s good to know when something goes wrong, they stand behind the product.

We ordered this bouncy for our 4 year old daughter who loves jumping on our bed. Now I can say, “if you want to jump, go jump in the bouncy”! She LOVES it! We have it set up in our playroom in the basement and it works just great! We have taken outside once but it was too hot so we brought it back in…maybe in the Fall. I must say I was little nervous when I got the bouncy out of the box because you could tell that it had been mended in a couple places. The netting looked like it had been sewed back together in 2 spots but done really well. Plus, we were missing one string that ties the air tube to the fan but I just used some yarn to tie it off and it’s fine! I was able to set this up in minutes all by myself…very easy to get it going! Just pull it out of the box, tie off the 2 air tubes with string (inflow and outflow) and plug in the fan! This keeps our daughter busy for hours and wears off a lot of energy! It’s going to be great during the Winter!
